Basic common sense guidelines that will provide you with a check
(1) Do not send fake traffic generated by hitbots, redirects, friends by clicking on links and software that generates automatic visits, it will not work.

I send decent traffic to my sponsors and earn money.
Most affiliate programs value productive webmasters. Keep in touch with your sponsor. If he or she does not respond, answer questions or queries, find another program. A good sponsor will take the time to maintain a good relationship with their webmasters. I always send them an email for a telephone contact, so I know them and, if there is a problem, I solve it.
