How to earn money online: the simple and cheap way

How to earn money online: the simple and cheap way

People always ask me how I make money online. I've been doing it for almost 4 years and, fortunately, I still haven't had to get a "real" job (since I graduated from college). It is definitely not easy to do, but anyone with some intelligence, creativity and / or willingness to do great research can make a living on the Web. However, it is important that newbies start small and cheap. Despite what the marketing "gurus" try to tell you, you really don't need to spend a lot of money on e-books and software to start earning good income on the Internet.

Anyway, here is an easy and economical way to create an online income stream that I developed for my friends:

1. Choose a profitable topic / topic: there are several ways to do it, but one of the easiest is to use the Overture free offer tool (Tip: it is always better to choose a topic that you know something about ... or at least be very interested in.)

2. Set up a blog: you can use a free one like Blogger.com or MSN Spaces. This will become your main "site", as it is really just a way to publish content easily.

3. Start writing articles of 400-700 words of high quality and focused DAILY! - This is probably the most important thing you can do to be successful in the long term. You can also use syndicated articles from article directories to "reinforce" your site, but don't trust it. Make sure all articles are based on the central theme of your site.

4. Publish your content based on topics on your site / blog on a regular basis. Try to publish at least one or two good articles per day.

5. Monetize your blog: place related affiliate links and Google Adsense on your blog to start earning money.

6. Write and submit good articles to online article directories: this will provide you with some free one-way links (excellent for search engine rankings), increase your site traffic and help establish your credibility.

7. Get a low-cost autoresponder and start collecting the email addresses of your site visitors: offer a useful free report or a mini-course via email to attract people to register.

8. Send a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly newsletter with useful information and a couple of affiliate links. If you “nourish” your subscriber list well, you can quickly become your biggest money generator!

9. Continue directing traffic to your site: send your blog's RSS feed to feed directories, submit your homepage and / or some good internal pages to general web directories and thematic directories (DMOZ.org is the most important), and negotiate links with good sites that have related topics.

Well, that's just the beginning! But it is a great way to start earning money online. In the future, I can publish an "extended" version of this list in much more detail, but I hope this basic list helps you!
