Passive Income Blogging is a blog dedicated to earning passive income online through blogging.
It started out as a personal blog and after being dormant for quite a while, I’ve decided to make it active again with some changes in its focus. I’ve decided to re-purpose it into a resource that provides possible avenues of earning passive income through blogging. There will still be personal posts but I will strive to make better content that’s related and useful to people who are new to blogging and are interested to make some passive income.
Since this is still a personal blog, some entries talk about my mobile lifestyle experiences. It’s also a place where I talk about the gadgets and apps I use (or would like to have), the places I’ve visited (or would like to visit someday) and books/articles/podcasts I’ve enjoyed.
I started blogging in 2005 using Friendster’s blog service. In August 2007, I registered my own domain and got my own webhosting. I started earning money blogging around October-November 2007 and I’m still earning income from blogging up to now.
I’m not a blogging/internet marketing/tech/travel expert, rather I’m an ordinary individual who simply likes to dabble on things that interest my curious mind. I currently own a few gadgets but if I have the extra funds to spare, I’d definitely get more tech items rather than new shoes or clothes.
I enjoy experiencing the beauty of untouched nature and I prefer its’ silence compared to the hustle and bustle of cities. I dream of living in a quaint and shabby chic cottage somewhere in Scotland, where I can enjoy blogging amidst lush greenfields and the sea.
I have a penchant for reading and grocery shopping. I read even those tiny texts from toiletries to condiment bottles. I haven’t read Twilight (and I have no plans of ever reading it) and I only read the first book of the Harry Potter series. Although I read both fiction and nonfiction, my favorites are classified under mystery/suspense, inspirational and cookbooks.
